Cooper's Lake Account Setup
You must create an account in order to make reservations for holidays and Halloween. To create an account go to: Reservations >> Online Reservations >> Create Account.
- User ID and Password must be 6 - 11 characters in length.
- User ID must be unique. If a duplicate ID already exists then you will be prompted to enter a new one.
- Select a Security Reminder and Answer that you will remember. You will use this to retrieve your User ID and/or Password if they are forgotten.
Always keep your User ID and Password secret and secure. Reservation correspondence will require your User ID. We will never ask you for your password.

Making a Reservation
You must create an account in order to make reservations for holidays and Halloween. To create an account go to: Reservations >> Online Reservations >> Create Account.
After you have made an account and logged in then:
- Click the 'Make Reservation' button.
- Select the Holiday for the reservation and click 'Continue'.
- If you are making a reservation for someone else then change your name to their name.
- Select your 1st Choice for a site.
- Select your 2nd Choice for a site. This choice will be used in the event your 1st Choice was taken prior to us accepting your reservation.
- Click 'Continue'.
Repeat these steps to make multiple reservations. Do not refresh the page once you start making a reservation.
When you are finished entering your reservations then you must pay your 'Unpaid Reservation Deposits Amount Due' to complete making your reservations. Once we receive your deposit payment your reservation(s) status will change to 'pending'. Once we have accepted your reservation then the status will change to 'accepted'.

Paying with PayPal
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.
To pay your 'Unpaid Reservation Deposits Amount Due' click the 'Continue to PayPal' button. You can use your existing PayPal account if you have one or enter your billing name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. Do not use dashes or spaces when entering your credit card number.
Transactions charge to your credit card immediately. If the charge is successful then the email entered on the PayPal payment screen will receive a credit card payment confirmation email. If you do not receive this email then PLEASE check your email spam filters and folders prior to requesting assistance.
To verify your reservation deposit is paid go to your Cooper's Lake Account Information page. The status will change from 'unpaid' to 'pending'. Once we have accepted your reservation then the status will change to 'accepted'. We will try to give you your 1st site choice but we reserve the right to make substitutions.

Paying by check or money order
To pay by check or money order:
- Print the 'Cooper's Lake Account Information' page
- Make check or money order payable to: Cooper's Lake
- Mail printed page with your payment to:

Checks must be received by Cooper's Lake no later than one week after the reservation was made. Credit card payments for mail-in reservations will NOT be accepted.

Forgot User ID and/or Password
You will need your Security Reminder Answer to retrieve your User ID and/or Password. If you forgot your User ID then:
- Go to Reservations >> Online Reservations.
- Click 'I forgot my User ID' below the login fields.
- Enter the email address for your account.
- Select the Security Reminder you used when creating your account.
- Enter the Security Reminder Answer you used when creating your account.
- Go to Reservations >> Online Reservations.
- Click 'I forgot my Password' below the login fields.
- Enter your User ID.
- Select the Security Reminder you used when creating your account.
- Enter the Security Reminder Answer you used when creating your account.
