Pennsic Account Setup

You must create an account or have an account from last year in order to pre-register online. To create an account go to: https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php and click the 'Create Account' button.

• User ID and Password must be 6 - 11 characters in length.
• User ID must be unique. If a duplicate ID already exists then you will be prompted to enter a new one.
• Select a Security Reminder and Answer that you will remember. You will use this to retrieve your User ID and/or Password if they are forgotten.

Always keep your User ID and Password secret and secure. Pre-registration correspondence will require your User ID or PENN number. We will never ask you for your password.

Adding a New Pre-registration

• Do NOT refresh the page while filling in the form.
• The drop-down menu for landgroup contains the landgroups which are registered with the land office. If you don't see your landgroup in the drop-down menu then your landgroup is not registered. Contact your land agent and let them know. You can continue pre-registering just select "Landgroup Not Listed" and edit the landgroup at a later time.
• After the form is completed click 'Register'. The total amount due will be listed on the page as well as your PENN number. Additional money may be owed upon arrival.
• You can edit pre-registrations at any time.

Paying with PayPal

Do NOT refresh the payment page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal.

To pay your 'Unpaid Pre-registrations':

• Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
• Click the 'Continue to Incomplete Pre-registrations' button.
• Click the 'Continue to PayPal' button. You can use your existing PayPal account if you have one or enter your billing name and address as it appears on your credit card statement. Do not use dashes or spaces when entering your credit card number.

Transactions charge to your credit card immediately. If the charge is successful then the email entered on the PayPal payment screen will receive a credit card payment confirmation email. If you do not receive this email then PLEASE check your email spam filters and folders prior to requesting assistance.

To verify your pre-registration has been accepted(paid for):

• Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
• Click the 'Continue to Completed Pre-registrations' button.

Paying by check or money order

If you prefer to pay by check or money order:

1. Print the 'Pennsic Account - Incomplete/Unpaid Pre-registrations' page and mail it in along with your payment. Checks must be received by the registration office no later than
   May 15. Credit card payments for mail-in pre-registrations will NOT be accepted.

Printing Confirmations

To print your confirmations:

• Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
• Click the 'Continue to Completed Pre-registrations' button.
• Click the 'Print Confirmation' button for the desired pre-registration. A new page with the confirmation will be displayed.
• Follow your browser's help instructions to learn how to print the page.

Editting Pre-registrations

To edit your pre-registrations:

• Log into your Pennsic Account at https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
• Click the 'Continue to Completed Pre-registrations' button.
• Click the 'Edit' button for the desired pre-registration.

Forgot User ID and/or Password

You will need your Security Reminder Answer to retrieve your User ID and/or Password. If you forgot your User ID then:

1. Go to https://www.cooperslake.com/prereg/account/login.php
2. Click 'I forgot my User ID' below the login fields.
3. Enter the email address for your account.
4. Select the Security Reminder you used when creating your account.
5. Enter the Security Reminder Answer you used when creating your account.
