Pennsic begins Friday, July 26, 2024 and ends Sunday, August 11, 2024.
Marketplace Selling Dates
The Marketplace opens for business on Monday, July 29, 2024. Merchants may begin selling at that time. The marketplace closes and all sales must cease by Friday, August 9, 2024, 5pm.
Merchant Selling Hours
Sunrise to 11pm (minimum of 8 hours daily)
During the evening of Midnight Madness (Wednesday, August 7, 2024) shops may be open until 1am, Thursday, August 8, 2024.
Tax License Information
All Pennsic merchants must have a Pennsylvania tax license. You must apply for the license directly with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue at https://mypath.pa.gov/
Advertising in the Merchant Booklet
The merchant booklet is used as a shopping guide and quick merchant reference during Pennsic. It also provides contact information for all of the merchants.
All merchants are listed within the booklet by address and space location. Each business receives 1 free listing in the Shopping Guide. In addition the merchants may purchase ad space for business ads within the booklet. Ads may be in Color or Black & White. Website links may be included with your ad.

Color or black & white ads may be submitted.
All ads are subject to approval by the Merchant Office. A $10.00 setup fee will be charged for ads that have to be corrected or enhanced.
If you are not a merchant at Pennsic but are interested in advertising in the on-site merchant booklet, please send a camera-ready ad (or email a digital ad). Also include payment along with your business name, contact person, address, email address and phone number to:

General Liability Insurance Requirements
All merchants are required to provide a 3rd party COI (certificate of insurance) for their business. Insurance requirements must include:
