Pennsic Trailer Early Placement (PTEP)

The PTEP fee covers moving your trailer down and back, one time. If our placement is not correct then we will move it to its correct position one time. Transports are only available between your site and storage.

There is a discount if you sign-up for Pennsic Trailer Early Placement (PTEP) versus requesting a move in the War Room.

Sign up to have your trailer pulled on to your site before you arrive at Pennsic. Make sure to leave an entrance/exit path to move the trailer on/off your site. There is no guarantee your trailer will be pulled on to your site early.

PRO Tip: Email a map of trailer placement to warroom@cooperslake.com. Include your SID in your email! We do NOT save these emails from one year to the next.
