Pennsic Storage Trailer Movement

There is a $60 fee for us to move your trailer. This fee covers moving your trailer down and back, one time. Please feel free to move your trailer if you desire to do so.

There is a discount if you sign-up for Pennsic Trailer Early Placement (PTEP) versus requesting a move in the War Room.

  • PTEP request fee (down and back, one time):
  • War Room request fee (down and back, one time):

Sign up to have your trailer pulled on to your site before you arrive at Pennsic by signing into your Storage account and going to the 'Pennsic trailer early placement (PTEP)' tab. Make sure to leave an entrance/exit path to move the trailer on/off your site. There is no guarantee your trailer will be pulled on to your site early.

Storage Trailer Work Weekends 2025

Dates

There are no storage trailer work weekends scheduled at this time.

Contact Requirements

Email info@cooperslake.com to let us know which weekend you're coming. We'll need the real name, trailer number (SID), phone number (so we can reach you while you're on site), and how many people will be here with you. We'd like to encourage no more than four people per trailer.

Additional Details

  • Camping is permitted. Any people over the four people per trailer will be charged standard camping rates.
  • If the trailer is able to be towed then we will bring it to the RV camping area.
  • You can visit your Pennsic site but you are not allowed to work on the site unless:
    • You email info@cooperslake.com requesting permission and explicitly state the work to be done and
    • You receive a confirmation email from James giving the OK.
  • If you are attending Aethelmearc, then you can work on your trailer that weekend. No need to email info@cooperslake.com to work on your trailer during Aethelmearc. You still need to email info@cooperslake.com to request permission to work on your site as stated above.

Storage Trailer Requirements

  • The axle(s) must be in the middle of the trailer.
  • The frame must be rated heavy enough to bear the weight of the structure and the load.
  • Maximum dimensions: no wider than 8.5 feet (this includes eaves), no longer than 25 feet (including hitch and frame) and no higher than 12 feet from ground to peak. In summary, these measurements include everything in all directions.
  • No mobile homes or RV frames. No office trailers.
  • The trailer must be inspected by our staff to determine acceptance. A contract is signed if the trailer is accepted.
  • The storage fee is $150/year paid in advance (subject to change). Every contract has a renewal date of 8/31 each year. There is a $50 late fee for each year the storage payment is late.
  • If the trailer is sold then all past storage fees and late fees are due at that time. The contract becomes void. A new contract and inspection is required to keep the trailer here, otherwise, it must be removed from the property.
